In Order to Book any of the Adventure Tour and leisure tour with our company kindly go through the above suggestions and fill in the Booking Form and Read the Booking Terms and Conditions, the Company or any person related or engaged with this company will not be responsible if you ignore and not understand the Booking terms and conditions and the Suggestions and advises mentioned by the company, It is observed and made confirmed that after filling in the Booking Form , you agree and abide all the Terms and Conditions of the company After Booking with us.
The Company or any of its employee or associate will not be responsible for any mis-happening which arises due to not understanding and not agreeing on our Terms and conditions and Booking Procedures.
Signature in the booking Form must be in “ORIGINAL” as company will not accept the booking forms which are digitally signed or signed by any other person except you in “ORIGINAL”
Payments should be made as per described in Terms and Conditions, though a special waver can be made for the payment scheduling but the consent should be taken in written by the Company in companies Letter head duly signed by the Authorized Signatory, failing which your Booking should be treated as Cancelled.
In case of Any Difference arising between the Party and the company, The decision of the Owner of the Company shall be final and binding on both the sides. The company shall not be held responsible for any loss, delay and cancellation due to natural calamities and unforeseen circumstances beyond control. Thus it is advisable to take insurance cover for the same if due to such unforeseen circumstances any changes or alteration is being made in your itinerary or tour Programme and company shall not be responsible if your International flights are being missed due to “No show”
